Basics
HUD
The Lusch Motors Retro comes with the excellent GEMC UniHUD. Touch the car to bring up the menu and click the HUD button to receive it. Read more about the UniHUD.
Customization
1. Exterior textures:
The Retro comes with a number of premade exterior textures. You can select any of them: go to the menu --> Customize --> Body Color
2. Custom exterior texture
You can also apply your own exterior texture. Use the template here. Make sure you save the final texture as a 24bit Targa. Do not use any alpha/transparency layers. Also note that the body is mirrored. So text will not work properly. Use the custom door decal for this.
Once you uploaded the texture to SL, right click it in your inventory and select 'copy asset UUID'. Use the UUID to set your custom exterior texture.
3. Door decal
Apply your own texture to the front doors. Go to the menu --> Customize --> Door Decal. Once you uploaded the texture to SL, right click it in your inventory and select 'copy asset UUID'. Use this code to apply your texture.
Please note: the door decal is in 2:1 ratio.
4. License plates
4.1: Size: switch between European or US sized plates: go to the menu --> Customize --> Plates --> EU/US size
4.2: Text/letters: you can set your own text and/or letters on the plate: go to the menu --> Customize --> Plates --> CustomPlate. Type the text/letters you want on your plate. There's a limit of 7 characters
4.3: Text/letters color: change the color of the custom text/letters: go to the menu --> Customize --> Plates --> Plates color. Choose any of the present colors or add your own.
4.4: Background picture: Apply your own licenseplate texture: go to the menu --> Customize --> Plates --> Image EU / Image US. Use the texture's UUID.
5. Wheels
The Retro comes with a number of premade wheels and hubcaps: go to the menu --> Customize --> Wheels --> Choose one or the wheelstyles.
Or, select a hubcap texture: go to the menu --> Customize --> Wheels --> Hubcaps. Here you can load your own hubcap using the texture's UUID. For example: ef650ff7-cb4a-ac32-2643-63d43014f248. The hubcab texture needs to be square.
6. Duty addons
These toggable addons will transform the Retro from a normal hatchback into an early 80ties police car. Use the UniHUD to control the duty addons.
Go to the menu --> Customize --> DutyAddons --> and select one to show/hide the addon.
7. Details
To customize the Retro even further a number of details can be shown or hidden: go to the menu --> Customize --> Details.
8. Interior
Make your Retro truly unique by changing the interior options: go to the menu --> Customize --> Interior.
Change the seat texture, interior fabric color or show/hide some details.
9. Steering wheels
The Retro comes with three different styled steering wheels. Select any of them: go to the menu --> Customize --> SteeringWheel.
10. Grille style
It's all in the details: change the subtile line in the grille's color: go to the menu --> Customize --> Grille --> and select one of the different styles.
11. Glass
You can change the glass' color and transparancy: go to the menu --> Customize --> Glass
Select a window tint: dark, medium or light. Or select a glass color. Make sure to match the exterior texture (or not).
Lights
1. Lights use: The lights can be turned on and off by either clicking the buttons on the dashboard or by using the UniHUD
2. The police beacon light can be turned on and off using the UniHUD
3. Headlight color: go for a classic or modern look by changing the headlight's color: go to the menu --> Customize --> Lights
4. Front foglamps: To show or hide the front foglamps go to the menu --> Customize --> Lights
The direction lights/blinkers can be controlled through the UniHUD. To turn on the hazard lights either click the button on the dashboard or use the UniHUD.
Windows
The Retro might be based of an older car, it still comes with windows that can be opened. Touch the handle on the inside of the door to open/close the window.
Towing hook
You can tow any GEMC ProTow system objects. For example the Lusch Motors Mundial or the GEMC AltiArm 130.
Editing (v1.1 and up)
We've tried to make this vehicle as bullet-proof as possible, but given it's modifable nature, there might be certain cases in which it will fail to perform properly after being modified unprofessionally. Such cases are eligible for receiving customer support at our discretion.

For heavily modified vehicles: you can copy the 'NTBI GMLS Vehicle Sample Script Rev. 3' script from the updated version to your current, modified, vehicle
Basics
- Fuel: The Retro uses regular GFS fuel. Get your free fuel pump or gas can here. You can turn the fuel system on and off: go to the menu --> Vehicle --> Fuel System
- Engine: Touch the ignition key to turn the engine on and off.
- Gears: Gear up and down using the E/C or PageUp/PageDwn buttons. The car is comes with a semi automatic gearbox. When braking hard it gears down. You can turn this feature off: go the menu --> Vehicle --> Auto Shift
- Passengers: there's place for 3 passengers in the Retro. Right click the passenger door and select 'drive' from the pie menu to sit in the passenger seat
